Amy Winehouse to record soon in Jamaica
Amy Winehouse's never-ending vacation in St. Lucia is coming to an end after all, so she can get back to work on her third album. So where does a recovering drug addict and alcoholic go to get away from the workaday crack dens of London? Jamaica, of course.
"Amy is having the time of her life in St. Lucia and doesn't want it to end," a source told the U.K.'s Sun. "She is looking and feeling so much better and is worried about the bad influences waiting for her back in London. She has written a big chunk of her new album and has told bosses she wants to go to Jamaica to record it."
Producer Mark Ronson confirms "she's got time penciled in at a studio abroad soon," so we're guessing this is as true as it gets from the Sun. But somehow Wino heading to Jamaica seems off, like a fat person trying to diet getting a job at Food Network.
