Tbd50cent050407 What real-estate downturn? Rapper 50 Cent is putting up his 52-room Connecticut estate for sale, the AP reports. There’s no word on a price, but Fiddy bought the 48,000-square-foot manse (once owned by Mike Tyson) in 2003 for $4.1-million. He’s made about $6-million in renovations, including adding a helicopter pad — because you need that. Realtor Curt Clemens, who sold the house for Tyson (but won't for Mr. Cent), had toured the house a few months ago, but it took while for the listing to come up. “I was surprised it hadn’t come on the market because we were expecting it,” Clemens told the Hartford Courant. “He’s put a lot into it, and it’s all very tasteful, except the stripper poles.” [Photo: AP]
