Judge Christina Harms isn't too happy with Bobby Brown. It seems he failed to appear at a hearing June 29 in Massachusetts, so she issued a warrant for his arrest the next time he visits. Hey, maybe it just wasn't his prerogative to show up that day.

The Boston Herald reports that Brown has fallen $45,000 behind in child support payments for the two teenage children he had with former girlfriend Kim Ward. He's supposed to cough up $5k a month, so you might say he's a little behind.

It's not the first time he's been in trouble over this stuff; Brown was jailed in 2007 for four days over missing payments. We wonder how many days he'll get the next time he's busted ...
