Ashton Kutcher threatens Star, Demi Moore posted bikini photos
Ashton Kutcher takes exception to Star calling him out for allegedly cheating on wife Demi Moore, implying on Twitter that he plans to sue the magazine. There's probably some law in there that lets them get off on a loophole, but it'll be fun to watch anyway.
"I think Star magazine calling me a 'cheater' qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees," Kutcher wrote via his Twitter account, @aplusk. "STAR magazine - you don't get to stand behind "freedom of the press" when you are writing fiction."
Announcing something like this on Twitter has to carry some weight, since this couple do so much on the site. Demi, for example, is pretty famous right now after the New York Daily News dredged up photos she posted from her own account, @mrskutcher, on Aug. 15, which it looks like she's since deleted (it should be a clue it took half a month for anyone to notice).
"Finally a day off. Maybe this is more like summer!" she wrote, then added a link to two photos of her posing in her bathroom in a bikini like a 15-year-old Miley Cyrus. Um, Demi? We know you work out a lot, but you're 47; Maybe you should act like it.
