Audrina Patridge gets restraining order against stalker
Zachary Loring was arrested Aug. 30 after Audrina saw him skulking around outside her home.
"I was afraid," Patridge told Judge David Cunningham III. "He had no emotion. He was monotone. He was very intense."
Patridge says she took the items from Loring because she was understandably afraid of him. That was enough for Cunningham, who said he found the evidence "quite disturbing" and granted the order, which also protects Audrina's younger brother, Mark.
Police haven't charged Loring with a crime just yet, but he is prohibited from making any contact with Patridge. We suggest he start by turning off the TV and quit reading gossip pages.
