It's been about a month and a half since Whitney Houston died, so it's no surprise Bobby Brown has been arrested for suspected DUI. It's actually pretty believable he'd be caught after being pulled over at 12:20 in the afternoon.

TMZ says the 43-year-old was pulled over for talking on a cell phone while driving in Reseda, Calif. (see, Tallahassee, it really does work!). He was taken to the Van Nuys jail and released on bond later in the afternoon.

Brown was convicted in Georgia for a DUI in 1996 and served an eight-day jail sentence. There was no immediate word what the alleged influencer was, but we wonder if he's back on the crack, or just had too many bloody marys at brunch.
