Brandy has been served with a third wrongful death lawsuit after that fatal car crash on Dec. 30. Marouane Hdidou, the 32-year-old husband of victim Awatef Aboudihaj, is seeking unspecified damages against the singer, People reports. This is in addition to suits from Aboudihaj’s parents and one filed on behalf of her two children.
