Brangelina donate $2 million to Ethiopian clinic
Just after hearing Oprah Winfrey donated $50 million to various charities, we learn Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have donated $2 million to the Global Health Committee to help fight AIDS and tuberculosis in Ethiopia, the AP reports. The GHC will build a center in Addis Ababa named after the stars' adopted Ethiopian daughter Zahara.
"It is our hope when Zahara is older she will take responsibility of the clinic and continue its mission," Pitt said in a statement. And to keep her from being jealous when she realizes her brother is the namesake of the Maddox Chivan Children's Center in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
