Britney hates the 'MJ Morning Show'



Billboards Britney Spears has threatened to sue 93.3 WFLZ’s MJ Morning Show over the use of her bald-headed mug on billboards that basically say she’s crazy.

According to The Smoking Gun, a letter sent to Clear Channel last week called the three advertisements featuring Brit and show host Todd Schnitt (and headlined “Total Nut Jobs,” “Shock Therapy,” or “Certifiable”) “outrageous to the extreme” and demanded they be taken down.

The singer’s lawyers said her “likeness has a multi-million-dollar value for authorized commercial exploitations” and means she could demand “very substantial damages” from Clear Channel, which airs the show on stations throughout Florida.

The billboards ran in Jacksonville, Clearwater and Tampa, which means we finally have something Miami doesn’t. Make that had — the billboards have since been removed.

"Clear Channel has removed the billboards and I’m not happy with that," Schnitt said. But Brat makes the big bucks, so down they come.
