Britney Spears faces child abuse probe
Britney Spears is back to making sensational headlines, this time by allegedly being investigated over child abuse claims. We wouldn't take it too seriously though, considering who's making the allegations. No, it's not Kevin Federline.
The U.K.'s Sun says Brit beat one of her sons with a belt and fed both shellfish, to which they are allergic. It doesn't say if former bodyguard Fernando Flores specified to the L.A. Dept. of Children and Family Services whether Sean or Jayden got hit with a belt in late March or early April, but since he's suing Spears for sexual harassment, we find it hard to believe he's being too objective these days.
"Britney doesn't mean to be a bad mum. But Flores feels she has so many issues she can't be trusted around her boys," an unnamed source tells the Sun. "He claims the first really shocking incident was when she came marching into the pool house at her mansion and demanded his belt. He handed it over but then followed her into the main house and claims he witnessed the alleged incident."
Well, The Juice* got hit with a belt once or twice, so we hardly think that qualifies as child abuse. As for feeding them shellfish, hey, we're lucky Britney remembers their names with all the prescriptions she's been on.
