Cancer survivor Michael Douglas caught smoking again
In a serious what-are-you-doing?!?!? moment, Star's latest issue shows cancer survivor Michael Douglas puffing away on a cigarette. Because after living through throat cancer, the first thing you want to do is start smoking again, surely.
Douglas didn't comment on the photos, which show his smoking what appears to be a hand-rolled cigarette of some kind. There's no way to know if there's tobacco or Mary Jane in that coffin nail, but doctors said even if the 66-year-old was taking medical marijuana, he'd be better off ingesting it in pill form.
Of course, wife Catherine Zeta-Jones has been seen smoking too, making people nervous that he'd be exposed to second-hand smoke, but this kind of negates all that, anyway. Besides, she had a nervous breakdown; we'd almost expect her to smoke. This is more like living through a 150 mph car crash then driving around again without buckling up.
