Charges against Danny Bonaduce dropped

Tbddannybonaduce100807 The L.A. County District Attorney’s office has rejected a criminal battery complaint against Danny Bonaduce brought by Survivor: Pearl Islands vet Jonny Fairplay, TMZ reports.

The D.A. filled out a rejection form for the case — following Bonaduce’s tossing of the smarmy Survivor onstage at the Fox Reality Channel’s Really Awards — by stating there was “insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt” that Danny was guilty of felony battery. Well, technically, it was the floor that did the battering on Jonny’s face.

“Fairplay is a disgraceful excuse for a human being,” Survivor: Cook Islands winner Yul Kwon told the Web site. “Not only did he act inappropriately towards my girlfriend and disrespect me at the Really Awards, he’s made a career out of ridiculous stunts and disgusting behavior, and it’s finally caught up to him.”

Now he can join Puck, Omarosa and Richard Hatch in the pantheon of reality show misfits who got their come-uppance.
