With only eight days left to go on his probation for assaulting his wife Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen managed to get the cops called on him for trashing his New York hotel room after not being able to find his wallet and cellphone following a night "out partying" with a hooker. It's great that his character Charlie on Two And a Half Men is fictional.

Life and Style says Plaza Hotel security called the cops around 2 a.m. Tuesday morning after getting a complaint from another guest that Charlie was causing a ruckus. That noise was Sheen causing $7,000 in damages to his room, including throwing tables and chairs and breaking a chandelier.

The magazine says police escorted Sheen out of the room wearing only shorts and a bathrobe while a woman identified as the escort was found screaming inside the room's closet. He then ended up going to the hospital after he told cops he hand been drinking and snorting coke. Mind you, he just left rehab two months ago.

"She was fearing for her life and was naked," a source says about the escort. "Charlie was incoherent but started screaming slurs at the cops. They recognized him immediately and gave him two options: they could take him to the hospital or take him down to the station. Charlie chose the hospital."

Stan Rosenfield, Sheen's rep, told TMZ reports of drug use sending him to the hospital were untrue: "What we are able to determine is that Charlie had an adverse allergic reaction to some medication and was taken to the hospital, where he is expected to be released (Wednesday)." Well, that's close: Two And a Half Men producers were reportedly flying him back to L.A. Tuesday night.

Sheen was in New York with ex-wife Denise Richards and daughters Sam, 6, and Lola, 5, who were staying in separate rooms, for a family vacation. We'd really like to see the photo album from that one.
