Charlie Sheen is going to cop a plea for 30 days in jail
You surely have been wondering whether Charlie Sheen will be serving jail time in his Aspen domestic abuse case; What Two and a Half Men fan hasn't? Well, yes, he's going to jail, but it's not like he's reliving Midnight Express or anything.
"Charlie intends to go to court on June 7 (to) plead to a misdemeanor and immediately begin serving his 30 days in jail," a source tells People. "With good behavior, he could end up doing 15 or so days."
That's not much time for being charged with felony menacing, misdemeanor third-degree assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief, but hey, even Brooke Mueller was saying she didn't want him charged anymore. And get this: Sheen wouldn't even have to go on probation once he was out. Ah, celebrity justice!
