We've got to be fair to Lost star Matthew Fox, since we've been savaging him for being sued by a female Cleveland bus driver who had been accusing him of punching her in the vagina during a drunken ride. She's now dropped the lawsuit, so that means it didn't really happen, right? Well, not so fast.

Heather Bormann dismissed the suit with prejudice, precluding her ability to file again, probably because she was afraid Fox's countersuit was going to make her life hell. Curiously, her lawyer, J. Norman Stark, told TMZ he had dropped her, saying she was too difficult to deal with.

That should really show Dominic Monaghan; If that hobbit wants to accuse Matthew Fox of beating women all the time, he'd better recognize no one can prove it if Fox threatens enough legal action. And that's the end of that chapter!
