Comedian Patrice O'Neal died Monday after October stroke



rsz_tbd-patriceoneal113011.jpgComedian Patrice O'Neal died Monday night after suffering a stroke in October, sources have confirmed. The diabetic comic, who worked in TV, movies and radio, was 41.

"Yes it's true that our pal Patrice O'Neal has passed away. The funniest and best thinker i've ever known PERIOD," The Opie and Anthony Show, on which Patrice was often a guest, confirmed on Twitter via @OpieRadio. The New York Daily News confirmed the day through O'Neal's friends.

O'Neal's last TV stint was on the Comedy Central Roast of Charlie Sheen in September. Besides his work on the satellite radio show, he was in movies like 25th Hour, Scary Movie 4 and Furry Vengeance, and on TV in Chappelle's Show and The Office.
