DMX arrested for violating probation, goes off
DMX was released from a 90-day jail sentence last May after being convicted on felony charges ranging from theft to drugs to cruelty to animals, and has served about half of his 18-month supervised probation. He was booked on five counts of probation violation and held without bond, but that didn’t stop him from unleashing a tirade against the judge for allowing a camera into the courtroom.
“I’m the only one got arrested today,” he told paparazzi, according to TMZ. “F---ing c--ksuckers do it every time, man. ... I get my rights violated but I gotta be quiet about it. ... F---ing bitch man.”
And in what is probably (and sadly) the least surprising aspect of this whole mess, DMX’s lawyer told TMZ they’d be reaching out to Dr. Drew Pinsky for help. “He’s been battling addiction for some time and he’s in need of treatment,” Gary Jenkins said. “We’re hoping that maybe Dr. Drew might be able to help him.”He should have time, now that his stalker's been arrested.
