Michael Jackson’s Neverland ranch may finally be getting a bidder. The 2,700-acre Santa Barbara estate has supposedly been on the block for $50-million for a few years now, but Page Six says “distressed debt guru” Bill Huff is in negotiations to buy the property for $20-million or so in order to develop the land. That means the movie theater, zoo, amusement park and terrible childhood scarring will be gone soon enough.
