Donald Trump announces cast of new 'Celebrity Apprentice'
The cast for the next season of Celebrity Apprentice has been announced, with Donald Trump doing the honors himself on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on Thursday. Yeah, these were rumored way back in October, but surprise of surprises, Lindsay Lohan isn't among the chosen ones.
LaToya Jackson, Gary Busey, Star Jones, real housewife of Atlanta NeNe Leakes, baseball player Jose Canseco and Lisa Rinna were among the 16. The list also included alleged drunken driver David Cassidy, model Niki Taylor, Survivor winner Richard Hatch, Marlee Matlin, Meat Loaf, Mark McGrath, Playboy Playmate of the Year Hope Dworaczyk, Dionne Warwick and country singer John Rich. Can reality show staples really be considered celebrities?
Life & Style, meanwhile, says LiLo was game to be on the show, but The Donald just said no: "(The Lohans) approached me, and we did talk about it. It's just not the right time," Trump told the mag. "Lindsay has to straighten herself out first. ... It could happen in the future, but right now we need to see Lindsay get straightened out."
Frankly, we're surprised that's not a prime time reality show of its own.
