Our relationship-news theme continues with word that Emmy Rossum's husband, music executive Justin Siegel, wants a divorce from the Phantom of the Opera actress, Could it have something to do with Emmy being seen with Counting Crows singer Adam Duritz on Labor Day weekend?

Siegel's filing in L.A. on Sept. 23 notes irreconcilable differences, People reports. He's seeking spousal support from his 23-year-old wife. That tells us that yes, indeed, she's been stepping out on him.

Rossum was seen with the 45-year-old Duritz in a New York restaurant, "sitting side by side, kissing throughout dinner," a source told the mag. Now she'll have to kiss some of her meager earning goodbye every month.
