Erykah Badu was nude, Ice-T's case reviewed, Angelina Jolie and Rooney Mara are shrewd
• Erykah Badu was sentenced to pay a $500 fine and serve six months probation for her walking striptease in Dallas' Dealey Plaza during a video shoot for Window Seat, the AP reports. Come on now, we all know Badu didn't act alone.
• Unlicensed driving charges against Ice-T in New York were dropped Tuesday when the rapper proved he was legally licensed in New Jersey at the time of his 2009 traffic stop, the AP says. Glad to see New York law enforcement is on top of its game these days.
• Despite reports, Angelina Jolie will not be playing Marilyn Monroe in The Life and Opinions of Maf the Dog, and of his Friend Marilyn Monroe, as told from the point of view of a dog she owned, the L.A. Times says, but newcomer Rooney Mara (left) will play Lisbeth Salander in David Fincher's remake of the Swedish adaptation of Stieg Larsson's The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo. That's the same Rooney Mara from the remake of A Nightmare on Elm Street, so these sound like better career decisions for both actresses.
