Ex-bodyguard alleges abuse, sexual harassment in Britney Spears lawsuit
Britney Spears is facing a lawsuit alleging she is an unfit mother from a former bodyguard who complained about her behavior back in June, RadarOnlie reports. Never mind the fact that the state of California already looked into those allegations and found them pretty much baseless.
Fernando Flores, a former bodyguard who quit because he said he was being sexually harassed by Britney, says in a suit that he caught Spears having sex with her kids in the room, beat one of her sons with a belt and made both Sean Preston and Jayden James eat crabmeat until they puked, despite both having shellfish allergies. Let's start with that first one.
"Plaintiff perceived, during security checks of the perimeter, Defendant loudly having sexual relations while her two children were in the suite with her," the suit reads. Flores says this kind of thing happened at least two other times.
Another incident recounted that "Defendant Spears immediately ran back towards her house screaming 'Preston'. She entered the residence through two French doors on the north side. Plaintiff exited the pool house, hearing Sean Preston screaming in terror and pain, and saw Defendant Spears at least twice savagely hitting the small child with Plaintiff’s belt. Plaintiff was shocked, horrified and deeply disturbed by the incident." Please; that was a typical Saturday afternoon in The Juice*'s childhood.
And as far as the food incident, the hitch is that "Defendant Spears explicitly prevented Plaintiff and the children’s nanny from seeking medical care for the children" after they started vomiting from eating crabmeat. Well, that's a strange one. But we're pretty sure these charges will stick about as well as they did back in June.
