Fallen 'Idol Corey Clark cops a plea
Remember Corey Clark? That guy from American Idol who says Paula Abdul got it on with him, but he only brought it up after he was kicked off the show for having an arrest record? Well, some things never change. He pleaded guilty to a felony harassment charge back on Oct. 2, the AP says.
It looks like Corey was under a domestic violence protective order filed June 2006 by his wife, Monica Rodriguez Gonzalez, which was aimed at keeping him from contacting her and eight other people -- including her father. So what did he do? Call her father several times.
By negotiating a plea deal, he avoided four other charges (and 2 years in prison) and got a year's probation. The justice system in action, folks.
