Feds are on the hunt for wacko selling stolen Jamie Lynn Spears breast-feeding pics
A photo of Jamie Lynn Spears breast feeding her infant daughter Maddie that was allegedly on the market after allegedly being stolen from a digital camera has started a child pornography investigation, TMZ reports.
The site says law enforcement types are on the lookout for some jamook who may have taken a photo of the 17-year-old mom exposing her left breast for its intended purpose, which is all kinds of illegal. It was apparently part of a group of 12 photos of Jamie Lynn, big sister Brit, baby daddy Casey Aldridge and the rest of the fam that turned up after Casey took a memory card to Wal-Mart to have photos printed, TMZ says.
The site points out that selling pictures of a minor's breast, "even if not taken for sexual purposes," could bring a lengthy stay in a federal lockup if they are being sold across state lines for nefarious reasons. And if you buy 'em, you could end up in the clink, too, for receiving stolen property.
The other photos apparently include the entire family around Jamie Lynn's hospital bed and photos of Maddie by herself, TMZ says. The investigation is now trying to find the seller, but may also include Wal-Mart itself for allowing the photos to be stolen in the first place. And investigating anything about Wal-Mart is a very good first step.
