TMZ reports that Joe Francis didn’t make a scheduled appearance in a Bay County judge’s courtroom today — because he’s no longer in Bay County. The Girls Gone Wild mastermind was to face criminal charges of using minors in a sexual performance, but he had been moved by U.S. Marshals to a Jackson County jail prior to being shipped off to Reno, Nev., on federal tax evasion charges. The Florida State Attorney’s office tells the site that they have filed a motion to keep the scumbag in the state, but we’re betting What Uncle Sam wants, Uncle Sam gets.
