The Filipino 'Thriller' gang is back
We've got to wonder what the recidivism rates are at this prison in the Philippinnes. Obviously they are having plenty of fun even when they aren't dancing to Thriller, so do they learn to clean up their acts, or do they want back into Club Penitentiary?
