Fired or quit, Megan Fox won't be in 'Transformers 3'
We know for a fact now that Megan Fox will not be a part of Transformers 3, thereby killing any real reason for the core audience to go see it, but there are rumors flying around Hollywood debating whether she was fired or she quit. Hey, we're talking about the next Transformers sequel, not the remake of The Ten Commandments.
“Megan Fox will not be starring in Transformers 3," Fox's people told People. "It was her decision not to return. She wishes the franchise the best.”
This is in opposition to a Deadline.com story that broke the news, saying director Michael Bay had enough of her comparisons to Hitler and other disrespectful behavior, leading to her dismissal. That's not hard to believe when she was quoted as late as last week badmouthing him in a blamefest about her Snooki-esque skin tone.
"I had been tanning a lot so that Michael would be happy with my skin tone. Every spare moment of sun that was outside, I had to be in it," the 24-year-old said in Allure magazine. "It's not going to happen again because of the damage and the possible skin cancer."
Well, now she won't have to worry about it. Variety says the plan is to give Shia LaBeouf a new love interest, so we're taking suggestions in the comments. Keep 'em clean, folks.
