Rapper Foxy Brown pulled a Naomi Campbell and allegedly smacked her longtime neighbor with her Blackberry, WABC-TV says.

Reports say Inga Marchand turned herself in Tuesday and charged with felony assault, menacing, harassment and criminal possession of a weapon after hitting her Brooklyn neighbor in the face with her cell phone on July 30. The victim filed a complaint after going to the hospital for loose teeth, a busted lip and a swollen eye.

This is after Foxy pleaded guilty to beating on some salon workers and was put on probation. She’s also still facing a battery charge for throwing hair glue at a Fort Lauderdale-area beauty shop owner. At this rate, we wouldn’t be surprised to hear this latest attack was over an Especially Yours catalog.
