Celebri-site TMZ reports that scofflaw Foxy Brown failed to appear in court in Broward County today on battery charges. If you'll recall, Foxy was allegedly in a beauty store's bathroom when the owner was closing the shop. Understandably, he wanted her to leave. Not so understandably, she allegedly freaked out and threw weave glue at him and spit on him. Since she was too busy to show up in court, the judge issues a bench warrant for her arrest. At least we know she's not on the lam with Naomi Campbell.
