Foxy Brown wants her day in court. TMZ reports the hip-hopper did not plea out on hearing this morning for battery charges in a dustup at a south Florida beauty shop. You remember that one — Brown allegedly threw hair glue at the owner when he told her to get out of the bathroom. So even though Foxy could get up to a year in jail, she’s going to fight. The next step is a possible jury trial on Sept. 24. We’ll see if she stays out of trouble until then.
