The owner of a Watkinsville, Ga., restaurant has refused to apologize for a Rihanna/Chris Brown-themed offering called the "black and bleu sandwich," although his eatery has issued a statement saying it didn't intend to offend. What do you expect from a place that made a Paula Deen sandwich made with fried honey butter after she announced her diabetes and a Whitney Houston sandwich with powdered sugar and sea salt after she died?

"I was not trying to make a joke of domestic violence, just bringing light to the situation through food," Chops & Hops chef Richard Miley told ABCNews.com  about the ribeye offering, which was topped with bleu cheese, tomato, onions and shredded lettuce. "I do not regret doing it. I don't regret anything."

You mean you don't regret advertising it on Facebook and Twitter last week by writing "Put your hands on this Caribbean black and bleu sandwich. Chris Brown won't beat you up for eating this unless your name starts with a R and ends with A," huh? He does admit he "probably could have worded it a little bit differently."

The restaurant has posted a statement reading, "The owners of C&H would like to make sure everyone knows that we and our staff DO NOT SUPPORT DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. Many of us have been affected by domestic violence in some manner and realize that this is no joke." They also added they are donating profits from the sandwich to Project Safe, a domestic violence charity. The Tim Tebow burger got bumped for this thing, so he'd better get back to the drawing board.
