Heather Locklear won't be charged in hit-and-run
Prosecutors say
Heather Locklear won't be charged for a hit-and-run crash in Southern California, the AP reports. And why would she? We all know celebrities get a free pass in Hollywood.
Ventura County District Attorney Gregory Totten says a 2005 BMW sedan registered to the actress and her ex-husband, Richie Sambora, knocked down a no-parking sign and drove off on April 17 in Thousand Oaks, the AP says. Locklear was later cited for misdemeanor hit-and-run.
Totten said there's not enough evidence to determine who was driving. Also, who really cares about someone who hit a sign along the side of the road? What did they want her to do, call 911 and have them bring a SWAT team?
