Howard Stern is replacing Piers Morgan on 'America's Got Talent'
It's officially official: Howard Stern is joining NBC's America's Got Talent as a replacement judge for Piers Morgan. Not only that, but the show will be moving from L.A. to New York so Stern can keep doing his radio show. Wow, how do Howie Mandel and Sharon Osbourne feel about that?
"Howard Stern's larger-than-life personality will bring a thrilling new dynamic to America's Got Talent starting this summer," Paul Telegdy, NBC president of alternative and late night programming. told the AP on Thursday. "He's a proven innovator and his track record in broadcasting is truly remarkable."
Morgan has since departed to work for CNN each night, and Stern has to do his Sirius XM show every day. So what we're saying is that Stern is more willing to work than Morgan. Seriously, Piers, would a few long workdays hurt you? Auditions for season seven started in October, so we hope you're polishing that breakdancing routine you've been saving. Howard will like it better if you do it topless.
