While Speidi hangs out in Mexico, Wolverine has decided swine flu is too much for him. Film distributor 20th Century Fox says it has canceled actor Hugh Jackman's scheduled appearance in Mexico City to promote X-Men Origins: Wolverine, the AP reports. That's the smartest thing we've heard all day.

20th Century Fox representative Christina Inman says a Mexico premiere at the National Auditorium and media events on Wednesday have been canceled until further notice. The U.S. and several other countries have warned people to avoid traveling to the country. Besides, theaters in Mexico City are closed, anyway.
