Hulk Hogan agrees to pay for maintenance man
Linda and Hulk Hogan went to Pinellas County Court in Clearwater over their distraught maintenance man Thursday, with the Hulkster agreeing to reimburse Linda for George Cruz's wages going back to Dec. 19.
In a temporary divorce settlement in August, Hulk agreed to pay the salaries of Cruz and the couple's housekeeper, Veronica Secundino. But Linda said that Hulk was using Cruz to spy on her. She said Cruz didn't want to work for Hulk anymore and that when Hulk found out, he decided to stop paying Cruz.
That led to an emergency motion being filed Dec. 30 by Linda to get the court to force Hulk to pay the workers' salaries. What does a maintenance man for the Hulkster make? Try $1,400 a week.
Hulk's attorneys said Cruz has always worked on both his and his soon-to-be ex-wife's house, but he would now pay him for any extra work that goes beyond his normal requirements.
