Jack Osbourne diagnosed with multiple sclerosis
Jack Osbourne, who recently celebrated the birth of his daughter Pearl Clementine, has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, his family revealed to People magazine. He and his mother Sharon shared the news in an interview.
"I was just angry and frustrated and kept thinking, 'Why now?' " he said. "I've got a family and that's what's supposed to be the most important thing."
Jack and his fiancee Lisa Stelly had baby Pearl, their first, on April 24. Jack was diagnosed two weeks later.
The magazine notes the disease is a nervous system disorder that can affect muscle control and mental responses. The severity of Jack's case will likely be more apparent as the 26-year-old lives with the disease.
