The Supreme Court on Monday declined to revive a sexual harassment lawsuit filed by a woman who claims James Brown raped her nearly 20 years ago, the AP reports. Jacque Hollander, who was seeking $106-million in damages, accused Brown of raping her at gunpoint in 1988 while she was working as his publicist. A federal judge had dismissed the suit in 2005, saying Hollander had waited too long to file. That decision was upheld by an appeals court last year.
