Jennifer Aniston thinks she's just so special

Funny thing about movie stars ... they hate the publicity they get, yet are dependent on it to be big names. Such a catch-22 is evident in Jennifer Aniston's latest interview with USA Today, in which she and Marley & Me co-star Owen Wilson talk about the dogs in their life.

Tbdjenniferaniston120908 The juicy part isn't until the newspaper's Kelley Carter asks about the evil media's interest in their personal lives, prompting Aniston to blow her stack.

"I think it's ridiculous," she says. "There's just this insatiable need. I also haven't had a movie in a long time, so hopefully this is going to create something else to talk about and realize that I have a job, and I'm an actress.

That part of the equation has been suspect since Friends went off the air, but we digress:

"I am honestly getting sick of it, and I feel like telling people, 'You know what? It's none of your f---ing business.' Seriously, it's enough," she continues. "And this is at a time when we should be so inspired and excited with what's happening with the president. It's a time to be positive and join together. We're just trying to entertain you, man. Don't shoot the messenger."

Wait, what? Is she saying more people care about her and John Mayer than about whether or not Barack Obama will be a decent president? Time for the doc to write you a prescription for 1000 mg of Get Over Yourself, Jen. And honey, don't forget, you're giving an interview in which you're talking about your dogs Dolly and Norman. Last time we checked, that's personal.
