Jennifer Love Hewitt book offers dating advice
It appears actress Jennifer Love Hewitt wrote a book full of dating advice called The Day I Shot Cupid: Hello, My Name Is Jennifer Love Hewitt, And I’m A Love-aholic. Do we really need advice from the girl who dated Jamie Kennedy and Joey Lawrence?
The tome, penned by the actress who broke into fame on TV’s Party of Five and now plays The Ghost Whisperer, promises very serious advice for females about achieving happiness with the opposite sex. Never mind that Hewitt has famously been in so many failed relationships that even rejection hall-of-fame inductee Jennifer Aniston thinks she should slow down.
But don’t take our word for it: “Since I was 12 years old, I go to my favorite jewelry store and try on my dream ring,” Jen writes. According to NPR, that means at 31, she’s been to the jewelry store 225 (without buying anything).
She also notes: “Remember: Cleavage isn’t cheap, it’s gorgeous! Show it off!” This is fairly sound, although it hasn’t worked for her since I Still Know What You Did Last Summer. “Don’t take a diuretic before a date; you will pee all night long!” she warns, before decreeing “Remember, your body is a temple, not a 7-Eleven.”
We won’t bring up those old bikini photos, hon.
