Jillian Michaels is leaving 'The Biggest Loser'
Say so long to those ego-bruising workouts and video games for The Biggest Loser from Jillian Michaels. The 36-year-old personal trainer has announced via Twitter that she's giving up on the show for awhile to focus on being a mom. Goodness help that kid if it's a little too muley when Jillian tells it to do something.
"season 11 of Biggest Loser will be my last :) have to finish out my contract," Michaels tweeted vial @JillianMichaels this week. "I want to take a year off TV and focus on becoming a mommy and doing more charity work."
"Shooting Losing It also had big impact on me. Living with kids I saw first hand what I was missing," she told fans when asked why she wanted to have children. "it's scary. I haven't even met this little person & I'm already talking about my fear of messing them up in therapy."
Michaels announced this year that she had endometriosis and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, so she is unable to get pregnant, but E! said she promises she has an alternative method to starting a family, although whether that was adoption or surrogacy is up in the air. We'll be sure to keep up with that one -- but until then, HURRY UP WITH THOSE SIT-UPS!
