The Girls Gone Wild empire is crumbling. TMZ reports Joe Francis, who is serving a 35-day sentence in a Panama City jail, has been charged with one count of misdemeanor sexual battery in L.A. An city attorney told the site that Francis was at a birthday party in January when he started feeling up the plaintiff, an 18-year-old girl. He’ll be arraigned May 22, with a maximum penalty of six months in jail and a $2,000 fine. Sounds like the floodgates are beginning to open a bit wider. [Photo: AP]
