It’s a rite of passage in the hip-hop world: You know you’ve made it when you’re not only a hit singer, but also a bonafide media mogul. Enter Justin Timberlake: The former Mousketeer has announced he is launching his own label, Tennman Records, and he will serve as its chairman and CEO.

E! Online reports JT says he’s hand-picked a lineup of new talent for Tennman, so that means we need to expect more high-pitched, prepubescent Michael Jackson wannabes. Jokes, Justin ... these are jokes! Besides, we all know it’s a matter of time before Interscope decides you’ve gotten too big for your britches and they send Suge Knight after you.
