Justin Bieber will take paternity test; Mariah Yeater accused ex-boyfriend of being the dad last year
It seems young Justin Bieber has relented to legal pressure to take a DNA test to prove he is not the father of that 20-year-old woman, Mariah Yeater. A source tells People he's going to submit a sample when he returns to the States from Europe. Oh, and then he's gonna sue her to the Stone Age.
"It's disappointing that people would stoop so low, but somebody needs to stand up to them," the source tells the mag. In fact, Yeater's credibility is really coming under fire, with TMZ reporting she accused her ex-boyfriend of being 3-month-old Tristyn's pops last year.
John Terranova's grandma, Frances Lippe, said her grandson dated Yeater while they attended a Las Vegas highschool and told the site Yeater came to their home in Dec. 2010 and said John was the dad, which he denied. Cops showed up because Mariah flipped the script and broke a car window. She then later slapped Terranova in the face three times after hearing he was dating a new girl named Lacy Jensen. That got Yeater arrested and charged with battery, for which she's awaiting a Dec. 12 court hearing. That's four days before Bieber has t respond to the paternity test case in San Diego.
"She came back here from California telling me she was pregnant with my child and I said this is impossible, you've been in California two months and back here for only a week," the 19-year-old Terranova told the New York Post. "She tried to tell me it was my kid after one week. For a second I believed her then I went and talked to my grandma who said no sweetie that's not possible so when I went back to her she tried to say she got pregnant before she left."
