K. Michelle walks out of Ladies Night concert at Straz

If you were looking for K. Michelle at the Ladies Night show at the Straz on Sunday night, she was nowhere to be found. And by that we mean you could find her backstage, refusing to open for Lyfe Jennings before Musiq Soulchild came on because hey, she has a reality show and is important now. Too bad the crowd didn't seem to think so. says there was a disagreement at the Vybe Nation and 95.7 The Beat show in Tampa when the star of VH1's Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta wanted to go on after Jennings, not before him. Apparently there was a 45-minute wait before Lyfe decided enough was enough and came out without having Michelle perform.

A video posted on the site shows The Beat's Hanna's Boy Stu trying to talk her into going on (watch it after the jump). She apparently was supposed to at least come out and say hello after Jennings, but it sounds like the crowd was booing so loudly, they wouldn't have heard her anyway.

Michelle took to the Twitters to address the situation, posting an Instagram via @kmichelle that read, "Ive never missed a show a day N my life. I would never stand my fans up. PERIOD. I was told no by the promoters, he didn't like my request"  Well, there's a first time for everything. She didn't seem very concerned when she was posting photos on the account, including the one above that had the caption, "I'll get to walkin on yo ass! Lol"

Rasha Entertainment doesn't seem to agree with her version of events, posting on their site that the promoter was telling Michelle, "We did everything by the book, flights, hotels and travel. You need to apologize to your fans in Tampa." Then again, after that the promoter said, "The bitch can keep doing bars for $5k. After the ordeal, the radio station 95.7 The Beat in Tampa clowned her live on the air." Nice of them to get the radio station's full name in that candid, off-the-cuff remark.
