Kanye West's arraignment delayed to May
Kanye West gets to put off his court appearance on misdemeanor charges from his Sept. 11 scuffle with paparazzi until May, the AP reports. The judge was probably too busy still laughing at last week's South Park.
The rapper and his road manager were granted a delay to enter pleas until May 20 during a Monday afternoon hearing. Kanye's attorney, Blair Berk, said that Monday was the first time she had been allowed to review the police report on the incident, in which TMZ caught video of West smashing a photographer's flash while his manager allegedly breaks the shooter's camera and TMZ's video camera.
Berk said she's waiting for prosecutors to turn over any additional evidence -- and some fishsticks, because Kanye loves to put them in his mouth.
(Mind the naughty words in the video above. I don't want to hear you lost your job because you watched this without headphones.)
