Katy Perry works out five times a week to look like this on Rolling Stone cover



tbd-katyperry080410.jpgWhile we're busy ogling what's in the magazines today, we turn to Katy Perry's Rolling Stone cover, which is apparently contructed to make her as overexposed (figuratively) as Lady Gaga. And don't think that body is an accident -- she's been working out five days a week in preparation for her wedding to Russell Brand.

"Her goal is to look amazing…always," personal trainer Harley Pasternak told RadarOnline. She’s getting in shape for everything ... wedding, music videos, touring, etc. She works out as often as she can, she’s a busy woman but her goal is five times a week."

She is following Pasternak's Five Factor Fitness program, a five-part circuit program that alternates between cardio and strength training. And if we know our Photoshopping (which we do), a little airbrushing on a major magazine cover doesn't hurt.
