Kevin Federline's brother Christopher says in Tampa court filing he fathered Britney Spears' oldest son
Britney Spears has run afoul of her ex-husband' Kevin Federline's family again, this time being targeted for a temporary restraining order in court papers taken out right here in Tampa by Kevin's brother Christopher. It seems Brit allegedly stole from him, harassed him and blackmailed him, just because he (and not his brother Kevin) sired Spears' son Sean Preston. Well, that's one we haven't heard!
Christopher apparently said in papers filed Dec. 18 in U.S. District Court in Tampa that Britney "is out-of-control and a maniac," according to the National Enquirer, via RadarOnline. It seems recently the X Factor judge "went to Kevin’s house to pick up Sean Preston and Jayden James, and (his) wallet was on Kevin’s coffee table when Britney opened it up and stole (his) Capital One credit card." She then supposedly ran up more than $4,500 in charges. Totally sounds like something she would do, right?
When Christopher confronted her, the following allegedly took place: "Britney … laughed at me (and) told me my brother Kevin ruined her life. Britney made fun of me and told me I have a small penis. She also blackmailed me and told me if I tell the police that she stole my credit card, that she will tell the world I'm the true father of Sean Preston, not Kevin.
"I do confess I slept with Britney, and I am the true father, but the public does not need to know," Christopher said. Way to keep that secret by writing it in court documents. We'd have checked this out for ourselves, but it was an Enquirer story, so we ignored it for awhile until we realized it mentioned Tampa. We'll get into it Thursday, because of course the court's records office was closed by the time we noticed. We blame the looming fiscal cliff.
A couple of other unnamed sources confirm the story, saying Britney and Christopher had sex while she was married to Kevin, and that she threatened to reveal the truth, but we fail to see how that would help her cause in any way.
"Chris says the fling was a mistake," one of the sources says. "He says he always felt bad about it and kept it to himself because he didn't want Alisha, his wife at the time, to find out." But since they apparently aren't together anymore, hey, let's end up in The Juice* together, he said!
