    Judd Apatow, the mind behind The 40 Year-Old Virgin, is headed back to theaters in June with Knocked Up, starring Grey's Anatomy's Katherine Heigl and the guy who played Cal (that'd be Seth Rogen). There's a great constipation joke near the end of the trailer, so that's worth being annoyed by Izzie Stevens for 2:30.
