Lindsay Lohan isn't going to be arrested, after all
Our hopes and dreams that Lindsay Lohan would be arrested the minute she stepped off the plane back in the States on Friday were dashed now that TMZ says she's already posted bail, negating the arrest warrant. What do you have to do to get arrested in L.A.?
The site says LiLo was in the clear not long after Judge Marsha Revel issued a bench warrant and set $100,000 bond for Lohan, who has allegedly failed to complete her court-ordered alcohol-education classes and missed Thursday's court date, violating the terms of her probation. But it's no big deal to Lindsay, who paid the standard 10 percent of the bond (that would be $10,000) and had the warrant lifted. She'll now be court at 8:30 a.m. Monday, where Revel will set yet another date for a hearing for the probation violation.
We're all for the court systems in America, but really, Lindsay has repeatedly made it obvious she doesn't think the law applies to her, so she should be locked up. Maybe we're just mad because we have to keep writing about her. All The Juice* knows is, if we had to pay $10k to stay out of jail, we'd be blogging from County right now.
