Lindsay Lohan is kicked out of community service program
It's time for an obligatory Lindsay Lohan update, just so we can see how she's screwing up the terms of her latest probation this week. Oh, look at that, she had to be reassigned to a new service program because she wasn't taking the last one seriously. Surprise, surprise.
Lohan, as we all know by now, was sentenced to 360 hours of community service at the Downtown Women's Center in Los Angeles as part of her probation in that theft case. TMZ says she was supposed to be "reliable, non-disruptive, and serve at least 4 hours at a time." So blowing off nine scheduled visits and repeatedly leaving after only an hour isn't meeting the criteria, we're assuming.
Sources tell the site Lindsay was kicked out of the site two weeks ago for not doing what she was supposed to, so she was sent to the Red Cross instead. It will be interesting to see how Judge Stephanie Sautner takes this at Lohan's progress hearing next week. Could it be seventh time's a charm and LiLo will be headed back to the lockup? Jail overcrowding says no, but we shall see.
